Cathy Cassidy was born in Coventry in 1962. She trained to be an art teacher and then became fiction editor at Jackie magazine. She has now written 7 books, all of which are extremely popular. She lives in Galloway in the south of Scotland. Find out more at her website www.cathycassidy.com.

This book is about two people called Cat and Mouse.
Mouse is a boy who can't behave himself and is in alot of trouble with the police for grafitting his town, and he has been expelled from school.
Cat is an asian looking girl with olive skin, and Mouse see's her going into his social worker's office, so assumes she's a bad girl. Cat is actually the daughter of Dave, the social worker, and she goes to a private school.
Cat and Mouse form an unlikely friendship and end up falling in love with each other. This is a sad happy story and would recommend it to other girls :)
