Recently I have been reading a book called Kensuke's Kingdom by Michael Mopurgo Illustarted by Michael Foremore.

It all starts when someone called Michael tells you about his school and his love of football. He also tells us about his best friend eddie, his fooyball team 'The Mudlarks' and his dog stella. Then it tells us about Eddies dad getting a new job down south and Eddie moving away. Next Michaels dad moves out for a few weeks and Michael has to fill in for the dad character and get a job as his mum doesnt have one.
A few weeks later

A few weeks laterhe gets a call from his dad who tells them to pack there stuff and get on a train to meet him.

Once the had arrived his dad was sure enough standing waiting to get them he too ther bags and told them to trust him and just follow them.

So they did and all of a sudden a bright white boat opened up infront of them as if from nowhere. They had to learn how to work and live on a boat and they set off on a massive sea adventure full of exciting and spine chilling moments I am not going to spoil it for you but my favourite character was stella and I highly recommend this bokk even though it doesnt look that good .
